What to Expect...
Our discovery call is designed to be a safe, relaxed, and confidential conversation where you'll have the space to share where you are in your marital/personal challenges.
We'll discuss what you'd like to achieve and what might be standing in your way.
With careful listening, and thoughtful questions, we will work together to help you gain clarity about your situation and what hopes you have envisioned to grow forward into for the future.
While we will share how we might be able to support your journey, there will be absolutely no pressure to make any decisions during our call.
Instead, we'll offer helpful suggestions for your next steps, whether that includes working with us or exploring other options. Our goal is for you to leave the call feeling heard, understood, and empowered with a clearer path forward.
***Remember, there's no obligation to continue beyond this consultation—this is simply an opportunity to explore your options and see if we're a good fit to work together. Should you choose to move forward with coaching sessions, you will find a few of those options listed below in "A Path to Grow Forward". If these do not meet your needs, we will be glad to design a plan specifically for you.
